URGENT Escalation Request: Missed Installation Appointment & Unacceptable Reschedule Delay

To the Xfinity Support Team,

I am writing to request an immediate escalation and priority dispatch regarding a highly frustrating experience with a new service installation at my home in Saint Augustine, FL.

Ten days ago, I scheduled an appointment for a technician to connect my internet service today, July 14, 2026, with a confirmed arrival window of 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. No technician arrived, and I received no communication from Xfinity regarding a delay.

At 8:00 PM—a full hour after the window closed—I had to proactively reach out to your support team to find out what happened. To my dismay, I was informed that the technician would not be coming and that the earliest available reschedule date is July 25th between 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM.

Waiting ten days for an initial appointment, enduring an uncommunicated no-show, and then being pushed to the back of the queue for an additional eleven days is an unacceptable standard of service for a new customer.

I am requesting that a supervisor or priority dispatch specialist review this fallout ticket immediately. I need a technician routed to my property much sooner than July 25th to complete this connection.

I look forward to your prompt response and a swift resolution to this routing failure.
