Urgent Executive Escalation: Assurant Deficit & Improper Claim Handling.

Hello Xfinity Support Team,I am writing to request an urgent executive escalation regarding an ongoing mobile insurance claim for my Google Pixel 9 Pro Fold. The device has frame damage and exposed internal components, creating an immediate environmental and safety risk.

Assurant frontline agents have informed me that they currently face a warehouse inventory deficit and do not have a replacement device in stock. Because of this, they are attempting to force me to purchase a brand new device out-of-pocket at full retail price, promising a future reimbursement. Furthermore, agents have repeatedly withheld my escalation ticket number, failing to deliver the promised email confirmations.

Per the terms of the Xfinity Mobile Care protection program, if a reconditioned device is unavailable, the provider must supply a new model of like kind and quality or offer a direct Cash Out / Check in lieu of replacement. Forcing a customer to finance a multi-hundred dollar retail transaction out-of-pocket due to an Assurant inventory failure completely violates the consumer protections of this plan.

Because Assurant frontline support has hit a standstill and refused to provide a tracking number, I am requesting that the Xfinity Mobile Executive Team intervene to issue a corporate replacement override or process a direct cash-out settlement check so I can resolve this safely.

Thank you, and I look forward to your prompt response.
