URGENT REQUEST 2GBPS X RANK ELITE MEMBER HERE

Good Evening,

I am currently a X Class Member with the 2GBPS Plan and Xfinity Mobile unlimited. I have Nest Security Cameras and some of them are constantly disconnecting with my current XB7 modem, which cannot support or optimize the highest priced and strongest 2GBPS plan I am on. My Mom is stressed for her safety as well as the Family's, especially considering what is happening with Nancy Guthrie's case and My mom is scared to be alone at home with these Google Nest Cameras going offline because of the lack of internet optimization to all of our devices with this older modem that we currently have. Can you please ship a XB10 Modem to optimize the security and internet connectivity in our home with our 2GBPS as we qualify for it as well?

They sent me the XB8 instead of the XB10 and told me on the phone that they were shipping me the XB10. I received the XB8 even though I am on the most expensive best internet plan Xfinity has to offer. They sent me this used dirty XB8 to my home with stains on it. I have not installed it. I am disappointed.
