Urgent Safety Concern – Request to Relocate Power Line Above Backyard

Dear Xfinity Team,

I’m writing to request immediate attention to a power line that currently runs above and across my backyard. This line poses a serious safety hazard. During the summer months, I set up a pool directly under the line, and in the fall and winter, I use a fire pit in the same area. The line’s current placement directly above these spaces is extremely concerning.

When the line was originally installed, I specifically requested that it be routed along the gangway to avoid this exact issue. However, it was instead installed diagonally across my yard, creating the current hazard.

I am requesting that this be reviewed and corrected as soon as possible. Please have someone assess the site and arrange to relocate the line along the gangway, as was originally requested.

This matter is urgent due to the clear potential for electrical danger, and I would appreciate a prompt response with next steps and an estimated timeline for resolution.
