URGENT: Wrongful Disconnection, Broken Repayment Agreement & Loss of Income

To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing to formally escalate a serious issue regarding my Xfinity mobile service.

I was told by your representative that my phone service had been reconnected and that I was placed on a repayment arrangement. I relied on that information. However, without my authorization and without proper notice, the repayment arrangement was canceled, and my service was disconnected again.

As a direct result of this wrongful disconnection and misinformation, I lost two full days of work because I depend on my phone for communication and employment purposes. This has caused significant financial hardship and stress.

I did not cancel any repayment arrangement. I was told my service was restored. The lack of accurate information and failure to honor the agreement has directly impacted my livelihood.

I am requesting the following immediately:

  1. Restoration of my service without additional fees.

  2. Reinstatement of the agreed repayment arrangement.

  3. A formal review of the call records and account history.

  4. Compensation consideration for the income I lost due to this service interruption.

This matter is urgent. I am requesting a response tonight confirming receipt of this complaint and outlining the steps being taken to correct this situation.

I expect prompt and professional resolution.

Hello, @user_ap6116 Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? To send a direct message:
1. In the top right corner, you'll see a little chat icon near the bell icon. Click the direct message icon 
2. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
3. In the 'To' line, type "Xfinity Support" there. A drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list (an "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line)
4. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
5. Press Enter to send it. An official employee, such as myself or whoever is first available, will respond. Thanks!
