URGENT: Xfinity Must Contact FedEx to Release My Mobile Phone

I need urgent assistance from an Xfinity employee who can escalate a Mobile shipping issue.

My Xfinity Mobile phone is currently being held by FedEx. FedEx has repeatedly told me that they cannot release the package to me unless Xfinity, as the shipper, contacts FedEx and provides the required authorization.

I have been trying to resolve this for four consecutive days — Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. On Friday alone, I spent approximately 8 hours speaking with Xfinity support.

I keep receiving conflicting information. Some Xfinity representatives tell me to simply go to FedEx and pick up the phone, but FedEx refuses to release it. Other representatives tell me they cannot contact FedEx, cannot change the restriction, and cannot transfer me to anyone with authority to resolve the issue.

I have screenshots, chat records, call records, and documentation from both Xfinity and FedEx.

I have already exhausted regular customer service. I am not asking to be sent back to general support. I need this escalated to an Xfinity Mobile shipping specialist, supervisor, or Executive Resolution team who has authority to contact FedEx and resolve the shipper restriction.
