Useless site

Useless virtual assistant. Pitbull phone system and now this forum has errors All I wanted to know how can I find out why my internet is down and am I the only one who is having this problem .This time the map is not easy to understand for the outage. Looks like it is only me

When checking on your address through our Xfinity Status Center, does it alert you to any events taking place in your area currently?
