I need to cancel my services at the end of the month. I’m moving and the service is no longer needed and doesn’t need to be transferred either

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
