Utility line damage

The agent was came to install my internet cable line might have accidentally damaged the underground sprinkler/irrigation system. Repairman are going to take photos and confirm/deny the issue. If it is the case that the irrigation line was punctured due to xfinity cable, what do I do? Obviously I’ll have the estimates and the repairs and photos and submit it. But do I ask them to repair it for me? Thanks
