Very disappointed

I'm very disappointed with Xfinity mobile. Considering T-mobile and I despise T-mobile. They at least give you a free phone with service. Ive been a lovely Xfinity customer since Nam and have nothing to show for it. I upgraded my plan to unlimited premium bcuz the agent I was talking to said he'd give me a free phone if I upgrade. After all was said and done, he said that I would be charged $20 per month for the phone and thats igmf I send them my old phone. I've talked to 7 different Xfinity agents online and over the phone, each one promising me return labels.. guess what, still no return labels... Xfinity is a scam!
