Very poor service and customer service

I been having this ongoing issue with Xfinity and my internet connection consistently dropping and not getting my planned speeds I pay for since November. I have called them it feels like a thousand times. I have talked to 4 supervisors and managers, they have sent 12 techs to my house, referred the problem to their maintenance team all for them to close out the ticket without fixing my problem. Even though a few of the techs told me what the problem is it’s been a repeated cycle since December when I realized what was going on. I’m exhausted and I just want the service I pay for. I have screenshots, they have the documentation of me calling about this problem since November. I was able to get a supervisor number here in Memphis Joseph Booker and he just keeps giving me the runaround even though he personally came to my house told me he has identified the problem which is the the line on the pole needs replaced. Now he is not answering the phone or responding to texts! I can’t even express how frustrated I am because of this ongoing issue with no resolution and no communication at all!!
