Virtual prepaid card

I’m military verified and it’s been 16 weeks and I still have not received my Xfinity $180 virtual prepaid card. 
is it a scam or something because I have not heard anything back from Xfinity

IT.. and have BEENTRACKING it and it’s no update!!!’ It said by July 24th well

The link provided in the email to activate the prepaid card does not work. Could you please provide an actual link that works.

Hello, @user_lbgo1n. I was able to pull up the link on our end, have you attempted to clear cache and cookies? Also, have you attempted in another browser? We recommend Google Chrome to access it. Just in case, here's the link once more.

I’m having the same issue with activating the virtual card. The link does not work and the phone number given will not connect you to a human. It just asks irrelevant questions. Please provide a good phone number or url that works.

It works for me in Firefox.  Did you get it to work?  Do you have https:// blocked in your browser?  Check your settings.

I was supposed to receive a $180.00 prepaid card for being a veteran, it was issued on Aug. 22 2024. I kept checking my email but so far it has not come. .Is this some type of scam or can something be done abiut it. I have contacted your support but they keep saying they need more information. Is this how you treat our veterans?

user_gaazux Since your military service information is private we do have a special team that processes that information to keep it secure for you with that calling normal support we would not have much information on what additional information would be needed. You can call the team directly at  1-800-948-8174 to find out more about what's needed.

I received mine literally 16 weeks from the day verified.. for you, Aug 22nd will be around Dec. 12th you shoukd get it.. it’s DEFINTELY not a scam. I got mine & used it

@XfinityAmandaB​ It is still going on with the runaround. Have been in contact with the BHN cardholder service but all they want is just more and more info, It is ridiculous already

user_gaazux I do apologize but we do not have any access to either your verified military information or the gift card options from here. Since your military status information does have to be verified if they are asking for more information I would not be able to override the needed information for verification.

We were told ours was issued on August 29  but never received it. After hours on the phone and emails, we were told they found our card and sent an email with a link to verify so we could access the card. But the link says cannot connect to server! So I am starting to wonder if the company Xfinity hired to do this is running a scam.
