Visa Rebate

I went to the Xfinity store where I purchased my phone. They checked my card and said it was used by someone else. They sent a message to you for replacement Rebate card because I didn't use it at all. the date purchased was 8-14-2025. The amount was $399.60. The manager gave me this number to give you [Edited: Personal Information].
