It says "something went wrong" and suggests that I try later and if problem persists to contact customer service. 

I tried to have the app use cellular automatically, but from what I can tell... the samsung s24 still doesn't shut down totally.  The app only works if I go into connections and turn off wifi for s24.

I checked.  The smartphone is set to auto connect to wi fi and to precisely determine my location.  this all helps keep wi fi open for all apps and ignore my cellular preference for visual voicemail.

My app says in the settings that only cellular works for my visual voicemail.

How do I get the app to use only cellular without shutting wi fi for all my apps
