Waiting 7 months for wire install

Hello,

I've been waiting since October 2024 to have a new wire installed from the street to my house after 4 techs requested the install.  On April 3rd, 2025, a crew came out, tore up a bunch of my yard and installed half of the wire while leaving a loop of wire near the sidewalk and exposing areas of my existing cable.  They told my wife they'd be back the next day to complete the job.  A week later there has been no one out and each time I call 1-800-Comcast I'm told "Rest assured" we will be out there today.  Each day this week this has happened.  Still, no one has come out to my house.  I stopped and talked to an Xfinity worker and he said he had no way to contact a supervisor.  At this point it's a joke and I would like the last 7 months refunded since I have had about 14 of the channels I pay for and intermittent internet.  I wish Comcast actually cared about any customers let alone one that has been with the company for 18 years.  I need this wire installed ASAP, my yard repaired, and then the refund for the 7 months with faulty service while I've been paying full price.

3. In the 'To' line, type "Xfinity Support" there. A drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list (an "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line)

4. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
