Waiting on a follow up service appointment since July 28
I need to speak to a person. I had a technician come out 3 weeks ago and she found an issue that needed another service call. She indicated it might take a week or two for them to get back to me. I haven't heard anything and I can't reach a person to speak to.

I am very sorry to hear about the experience, it certainly is not what we want for our customers. From the sounds of it, it sounds like a refer to maintenance was placed on your account after the visit and those typically take 24-72 to be looked into. As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
