Waiting on a follow up service appointment since July 28

I need to speak to a person.  I had a technician come out 3 weeks ago and she found an issue that needed another service call.  She indicated it might take a week or two for them to get back to me.  I haven't heard anything and I can't reach a person to speak to.

Thank you so much for taking the time to reach out to us here on the Xfinity Forums.  I am very sorry to hear about the experience, it certainly is not what we want for our customers. From the sounds of it, it sounds like a refer to maintenance was placed on your account after the visit and those typically take 24-72 to be looked into. I would be more than happy to look into the details on our end with your account. Can you please send us a DM to get started?

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it

please have a human call me. [Edited: "Personal Information"].  I'm getting nowhere with the chat and it's taking a very long time. That number is linked to the account
