Make sure a verified mobile number is on the account.
After scheduling an eligible appointment, enroll in AAW: text WAITLIST to 266278 (or use the self‑service option) and follow the confirmation texts.
If a requested timeslot opens, you’ll get a text at least 2.5 hours before; reply Y within 30 minutes to take it (N to keep your original appointment).
