Want to remove cable service and only have internet
I'm having a terrible time trying to remove my cable service and just retain 500 mbps internet. I've been told that the cheapest option is to get 1000 mbps internet, landline (which I don't need), and Xfinity Streaming (Xumo) for a total of $145. How is this possible when I can easily see online that I should be able to get an internet only plan for $60? I've spent about 4 days either chatting / speaking with various reps and I'm still no closer to a resolution.
