Want to remove TV and keep only Internet on my plan

Due to the recent increases in my bill and re-evaluating current use I would like to remove the TV part of my plan and keep only the Internet. I've tried to do this on the website but it doesn't appear possible as it forces me to pick a TV package. I chatted with an agent online and they told me they are unable to remove it, only downgrade. It was taking too long to talk to a real person calling the 800 #. There has to be a way someone can assist me with this online.
