Want to switch to a less expensive plan

Hi, my Xfinity internet bill recently increased from $50 to $80 per month after my promotional rate expired. I'm happy with the service, but $80 is more than I want to pay, especially when cheaper plans are available in my area.

I'd like to stay with Xfinity if possible. Can you check whether there are any customer loyalty offers or new promotions available that would bring my monthly bill back down to around $50?

If not, I'd like to explore my options for switching to a less expensive plan. Thank you!
