Was Told by an Agent MULTIPLE Times that a Boost Pod Was Coming

Over the last few weeks, I have been trying to get a free boost-pod sent to my residence. I was told that I would get a free one MULTIPLE times by different agents, with the latest one being last Thursday. However, it never arrived and I was never given a tracking number. I was told last week that it would be at my place by 6 PM on Thursday, and it never arrived. Please help me resolve this, as my WiFi very much needs this.

Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
Press Enter to send it
