Water Ingress

I am reporting water ingress on my underground drop line following yesterday's severe storm. The first appointment is 6 days from now.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Hello, @Ata_120 thank you for reaching out over Xfinity Forums. Working from home myself, I completely understand wanting to get any home network impairments resolved as quickly as possible. I'd be reaching out myself if I was in your shoes as well. Technician appointments are scheduled on a first come basis, so if busy they can be pushed out as I see you had mentioned the first appointment is 6 days out.

If you already haven't done so, we have an appointment waitlist where you can get notified via text if something sooner comes up. You'd then have 30 minutes to accept the new time frame, if not accept the original appointment time frame will remain: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/appointment-waitlist

There is also the helpful option to be able to follow along with appointments either online or through the Xfinity App. The appointment calendar timeframes do match the same options I'd have available on my end: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/xfinity-my-account-app-manage-appointments

Please let me know if that was helpful.
