We are not receiving free peacock premium and everything is in 2.4. We are not receiving 5G or a choice to switch to it

We we are supposed to be receiving peacock premium with our brand new Xfinity package but we are not. Also, the man that installed it two days ago said we should have a choice for 5G for any smart devices. Everything is in 2.4

When you log in does it ask you to pay?  Have you checked all your email addresses to see which one is tied to your Peacock account?
