Welcome to xFi complete ???

Last week we upgraded to xFi complete.  I previously messaged with y'all on the next steps and was told to look out for an email to start the process of analyzing our need for xFi pods.   A few days ago we received an email with subject "Welcome to xFi complete", however, when I click on "Get Started" in the email, it takes me to the xfinity site to a page that says "Add xFi complete" and tells me all the things about it and why I should add it.  I waited a few days thinking maybe the system wasn't in sync and still just now was taken to the same page and didn't "get me started".   Now for the heck of it, I clicked on "add xFi complete" even though we already did and my account reflects that, and it refreshes to the exact same page.

  • You’ll receive an email highlighting the benefits of xFi Complete and notifying you that the Whole Home WiFi evaluation has begun within one day of activating the Gateway.

I did see this when I clicked on wall-to-wall coverage button, but nowhere in the email received did it say the whole home wifi evaluation had begun.

Please advise.
