What can I do about excessive trimming of my Hemlock tree by Xfinity

After 40 years of a cable line attached to my house with no service since it was owned by TCI, Xfinity decided to cut my Hemlock excessively. Limbs that were no where near the abandoned lines. They had been asked repeatedly to remove the lines since we got service because they buried the new line. They refused and the line is still hanging. Rather than remove the abandoned line over the past 5 years they decided to show up and ruin my tree. They cut large limbs not near the line and yet left some limbs still touching it.
