What do I have to do to talk to a human?

Your automated phone system keeps hanging up on me, and your chat system won't let me talk to a human because there's an outage in my area (which makes a lot of sense /s)

I know you mentioned you needed to get in contact with a human. We're able to help here, with any account concerns. I have been trying for an hour to speak to someone.   Your automated system keeps hanging up on me.
