What ever you do! Do not ding up for this service

I have been on the phone for more than 3 hours.   This company is garbage.

They fixed it for 2 hours.  Then broke it.   I called back.  They gave me another phone number to call.

worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my life.  Once I said said cancel my server. I will use a 5G hot spot.  Guess. What this garbage company said?

I can sell you a 5G hotspot.  Do you think if I had another option I would stay with your business?

I am looking for any option that is not this company.   Stay away.  Awful company.

Hello @user_411lqa, and thank you for taking the time to share your experience here on our Xfinity Community forums.

I can certainly understand how frustrating it must be to spend hours trying to get an issue resolved, only to feel like you're being sent in circles without a clear path forward. After multiple calls, transfers, and troubleshooting attempts, it's understandable that you'd feel discouraged.

If you're still in need of assistance, we'd be happy to take a closer look at what's been happening and see how we can help. Please send us a Direct Message with your full name and complete service address, and we'll review the account and your concerns with you.
