What happens to my new plan

I switched to a new 1G plan for 75 dollars per month guaranteed for 5 years two days ago. My account still shows that I am still on the 300 Mbps. I talked to an agent on the phone, he said it shows the 1G plan on his screen. When will my account be updated that is all I need to know. The agent kept trying to sell me a new and more expensive plan. So frustrated, on the phone for half an hour and got nowhere.
