What is going on with weeks of issues

I get notices almost every day that xfinity is working in my area. At the end of the day I get another message that the work isn't finished and you will continue tomorrow. I want to know how long will this be going on. I can't get to a live person and am working from home relying on my internet service. I want to speak to someone.

I feel your pain. xfinity is horrible. I am having the same exact issues and getting someone to help is exhausting. I don't have 3 hours to try to get ahold of someone from India that barely speaks English. Then when you do get someone they want to sale you mobile phone services or upgrade what you have. [Edited: "Language"] they can't get what I am paying for right why and the world would I put my business at more of risk when they can't even get the internet right. I am fixing to Break my contract with them and block their auto payments. I am sick and tired of comcast. If you guys monitor this like you do getting paid you might want to call me.
