What the ever loving [Edited]

I have called the CUSTOMER SERVICE number more than once trying to reach a human being to tell them that repeatedly rebooting my router is not fixing the issue.  As an IT professional with over 30 years working in IT I could explain the problem to a human being, but as I can not reach one I'm a little upset at this point.  

Xfinity check yourself.  AI is not the solution to everything, and you are doing yourself a disservice in thinking it will fix your issues.  

Someone please give me a call at the number on my account and help me fix my problem before I take my business elsewhere, and [Edited: "Solicitation"].
