What to do when contacting customer service keeps failing?

I've had a problem for almost a year.    I cancelled Peacock Premium Plus back in August of last year.   In spite of all efforts, Xfinity keeps billing me for it.   I have now had 4 long, long, long sessions with customer support via phone and chat, asking them to remove the charges, refund them, and to stop billing me for it.

Yet it always comes back.  It's back again.   The agents always insist that they will fix it.  They are always wrong.

So how do you get something like this fixed without wasting time on customer support that will insist they have fixed it but have not?

Don't tell me to contact customer support....
