What's the deal are we being serviced or not

Outage is still documented but it's been saying my area will be restored by 4:45 today and it's said that for over 2 weeks... still no technicians in the area and still no services this is beyond ridiculous powers been restored and Lines in my area and trees have been cleared and safe since then.. so why is xfinity dragging their feet to restore our services. This is outrageous bc nobody's paying our bills when we can't work from home. And we're not even being updated on progress or estimate on when we can expect the services were still gonna be billed for without hesitation and we can't use it. It's highway robbery if u ask me. This is beyond a disappointment bc there's no excuse for this trickery!!!!

 I want honest updates for my area when I can expect service because customer service has no answers and the xfinity assistant is absolutely no help. Yall are providing false information regarding repair times and estimates and then when ur not doing the job it's just a known outage when it's safe blah bla bla best not be billed cuz I'm not paying to look at a box blink nonstop with no connectivity and then allow technicians to be scheduled never show and then deem an outage someone's not doing their jobs correctly.

Glad to see I’m not the only one who agrees that Xfinity is absolutely terrible at customer service.  I’ve been trying for a week to let these idiots know that my cable has been cut off and is laying in my yard.  It was in the street but I had to move it for them because they have no process to contact a human to explain.  I suspect it will take over a month for their assessment to uncover what I could have told them if they just had a method to contact.  It’s beyond absurd.
