When Will I Receive Confirmation That My Router Is Shipping?

I placed an order for a wifi plan including a router on 10/13, and have not received an email including shipping information, or any information regarding the physical wifi router in general. I contacted support, in which they told me it would deliver in 3-5 business days, but I was not given any more information than that. In summary, my question is since it has been 2 business days, when will I get a confirmation that the router is in route to me?

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
