When will Xfinity bury my service??

I have had Xfinity installed at my new home for over 3 months now, and they absolutely refuse to bury my underground service cable.  If have had 2 tickets closed, saying the work was completed.  Two days ago, I was told that a service tech was on his way to my home, at two separate times of the day...nobody showed up!  My drop runs across mine and my neighbor's lawn, with both families have kids that play in the yard.  I have made it aware that this is a safety concern as well as a huge inconvenience, yet Xfinity doesn't seem to care at all.  PLEASE RESOLVE THIS ASAP!!!  I have been given the run-around for three months now and have had enough.  Calls to Xfinity do nothing.  Online chats with Xfinity do nothing.  I have nothing else left to try.  Not a good way to run a business and keep your customers happy!!!

This method of chatting to resolve issues is just as useless as talking to a representative over the phone.  More lies and promises of a resolution that never materialize.  Where is the update that I was told that I would receive within 24-48 hours of my last chat that happened 5 days ago?  Here I am, 3+ months after getting service and still have not made progress in getting my drop buried.  My next step... a formal complaint filed with the FCC and/or state attorney general.
