Where can I file a corporate or official complaint?

I would like to file a complaint. This company has turned into complete trash. I signed up for service yesterday and they just said to go pick up my equipment and "do it myself". They said, "the previous people had service so it should be easy, just plug in and go". Well that is not the case. I have tried plugging the equipment into to coaxl cable and outlet and it is not working. I spent over 3 hours back and forth on the phone trying to get ahold of someone who can help. At first, they said the soonest a technician could get out there was July 3rd!!! A full week away. I called and kept getting some ridiculous chat agent that just kept trying to sell me products. The agent told me that they had gotten ahold of the technician manager and someone would come out today. They said within a few hours. I kept calling back or rather actually "chatting on the app" and they kept promising me someone would be there in 30 minutes. I finally got ahold of a live person after about 4 hours who only confirmed that there is nothing they can do until July 3rd. Not a single time did anyone offer my any actual customer service. At the very least I would expect to not be charged until my service is started, this is ridiculous. I am about to just drop off my equipment tomorrow and go with another company. I cannot get ahold of anybody local and no service technicians. They should never just hand equipment to a customer and say "figure it out". All new service should start with a technician like it has for YEARS!!! Just a cheap company trying to save every penny and push off their jobs to the customers. I would like a local manager and technician to actually call me back and I would like some real service or I suppose the only option is to file complaints with the BBB.

Please send us a direct chat message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forums page.
Here's the detailed steps to direct message us: 
 • Click "Sign In" if necessary
 • Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
 • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
 • Press Enter to send your message
