Who do you contact regardng disputes? No one seems to want to listen or help.
Live agents don't do any good if you are trying to cancel internet service. I signed up with C Spire in May. Faster service and lower costs. When I called Xfinity the agent would not cancel service; he kept talking about not doing it. I told him 10 times to cancel, that my move to Cspire had already taken place. After 10 minutes I hung up in frustration and did not receive a confirmation notice. I also wrote a cancellation letter. Finally after two weeks I found someone who spoke good English and was willing to listen. I am being billed for the time between to two phone calls; and they can tell I was not using their service. I recently called again (because I am receiving a past due notice) and the lady said she could not help me and there was no person she could connect me to that would be of any help.
