Who is user-eyjyzj’s.    We have no clue who it is and someone is getting on our internet. Can this be stopped?

Hello user_eyjyzj. Appreciate you letting us know about this situation! To remove a user from the network is a pretty easy process. Here are the steps to get that finalized: 

  • Go to the WiFi tab and check the Connected to your WiFi list.
  • If you see an unrecognized user or device, tap on it.
  • Select Forget Device or Block to permanently remove it from your network
