Who to contact to file a formal complaint before lawsuit

I have been trying to get xfinity to correct their error in continuing to bill me for an account I closed, that multiple xfinity employees promised it was closed, but it was not until recently - months later.

However, all the charges from the date I closed it until the date xfinity closed it are still showing up and I just checked the August statement and now they are billing me for equipment I returned (and have a receipt of doing so).

I've been through literally DOZENS of live chat reps over the past number of months.  I've been lied to, hung up on, promised callbacks and told the issue has been resolved but none of it was true.

I talked to an attorney and was told to contact xfinity to inform them that they have one final opportunity to rectify this and then I can file.

Who do I email or write to to fulfill this suggestion before I file suit?

The concern is not "E-mail" help related............ Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
