Why can't I talk with a person

This place has become a joke, I need to talk with some one about my programming of our Channel, we are suppose to have a channel and we do then we don't why, oh thats right I can not talk with anyone and the virtarl assent is usless . GIVE ME A [Edited: "Language"] PHONE NUMBER why is that so hard to do
