Good afternoon, @user_cki6s4! You are at the right place for further assistance with your bill amount. We can go over the details with you. This link, https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/viewing-your-bill-online-ecobill, shows how to view the PDF version of your statements. That has all the details surrounding the cost. Most times when the cost goes up it is due to your promotion ending. Any promotions will show under your plan on Page 3, in green writing. The list the discount you receive and how long that will last. If your promotion has already ended, you can check past statements for the details on that.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
