Why does Xfinity do service upgrades for days when people work from home

Xfinity has no respect for working individuals from home.  They have been working on "upgrading" our system now for 4 days.  I have had to leave my house to find a place to work.  This is unacceptable!!

Our teams strive to complete work as quickly as possible and work overnight when possible to minimize interruptions to your home. There are times when we are working with local utilities or other teams that the work must be completed during the day. The Xfinity app will show the most up to date information about your service.

It’s been interrupted all this week too and all I got was 38 dollars credit    It was out yesterday and today again and it says I don’t qualify for any more credit.  Really?????
