Why is it so hard to cancel service?

I spent over 45 minutes between the online chat and a telephone agent trying to cancel my service today. Absolutely ridiculous! I explained over and over that i was not moving my service and just wanted to cancel. Worst experience ever! I will never come back!

Yes, the same with me, and two months later they are still trying to charge me. I had to call my credit card company and tell them to not pay them.

The same happened with me with Xfinity Mobile , I also had to cancel them from my credit card so they would not charge me, but two months later they are still trying to charge me.
