Why is my monthly Internet bill $76 this month when it's been $55 a month as long as I can remember?
See title. Unable to get human on the phone or itemized bill. I'm guessing some promotion conveniently ran out. I would like to speak to someone about reducing this price or canceling my service. Thanks.
