Why isn’t my WiFi working

I called a couple weeks ago to set up my WiFi so I can put it on my tv and it’s saying I’m not active he told me to wait an hour when I did it and it still isn’t working .

Thank you for reaching out to us @user_ogx4jz! Is the TV the only device having issues connecting to the WiFi or are other devices experiencing this issue?  Have you sent any signals to the modem by troubleshooting this issue through our Xfinity app?
