A few things you can try:
Use a private/incognito browser window or clear your browser's cache and cookies. Try a different web browser or device. Verify that your billing address matches the address associated with your payment method.
If you currently have active Xfinity residential Internet service at the same address, this may prevent enrollment in NOW Internet until the existing service is fully disconnected
