Wifi Home Evaluation

I recently activated my service at the end of May. I immediately noticed places in my home where I was only getting 25% of my normal speeds. I have xFi Complete and was told that there would be a Wi-Fi evaluation lasting a 14-day period after my activation. After which I would receive an email stating whether I qualified for free xFi pods. The 14 days have come and gone and I have not received any email about the home WiFi evaluation. How do I check the status of the evaluation?

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it.
