Wi-Fi is not working for two weeks

we have not had Wi-Fi for two weeks. I have chatted online with three different people and say it’s working all all right, but it’s not they sent me a new modem. I don’t know really how to work it and I can’t download or scan the instructions because my phone won’t work without Wi-Fi I need to speak to somebody personally and I want somebody out here to fix it.

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list 
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
• Press Enter to send your message
