WiFi Router not received

My WiFi router has been misplaced by FedEx and I have not yet received it. My property management office has checked the lockers and confirmed that they couldn’t find any WiFi router addresses to my name. 

I would therefore request you to please aramage to deliver it at the earliest.

We can have a new one shipped within 3-5 business days, or you can pick up equipment from your local Xfinity service center: https://www.xfinity.com/local/store-offers. Use that link to find the most convenient location and schedule an appointment to save time in case they happen to be busy when you arrive. Which option do you prefer?

That's wonderful news @Ajay_12, thanks for the update. Do you know if your previous modem was successfully removed from your account? While we are connected, I want to make absolutely sure everything is sorted out correctly to prevent any unreturned equipment fees down the road.
