Wifi Set up
I just got home from the xfinity store and am trying to set up my new modem from them and wifi. When I scan the provided QR code and pick xfinity router it says that there isnt an xfinity account associated with my account. On the app it says -25 dollars on my balance but I cannot pay it because when I click it says I dont have a internet plan associated with my account. It also says my plan is disconnected so idk if that is the issue. This is very frusterated because I just signed up at the store. Can anyone get into my account and fix this issue?

Click the "Direct Message" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
