WiFi troubles Unprofessional and inefficient customer service

I scheduled an appointment with a technician to fix our WiFi, I received a text saying he arrived at our house. Then within two minutes, he cancelled the appointment and left.  My wife had to take work off just to be at the house for when he arrived. There was complete lack of concern for our time. It was unprofessional. I called the Xfinity number which took around 20 minutes to reach a person to talk to. The phone robot was extremely unhelpful and was a waste of our time. At this point I have set up two appointments with no success. Called customer service countless times.  It’s been over a week without WiFi we have not been helped. Does anybody have any ideas? Is it worth switching to another company?
